  • Mozzarella, Peach and Tomato salad

    4 ripe peaches, halved, stoned and sliced120g pack baby tomatoes, halved2 tomatoes, sliced15g fresh basil leaves½ lemon, juiced3 tbsp olive oil250g pack mozzarella½ red chilli, deseeded and thinly slicedPut the peaches and tomatoes in a large bowl.
