Crisps
Cut 8 x 3cm x 5mm strips of polenta. Brush lightly with olive oil. Lay on a baking sheet or paper and bake in the oven at 150°C for about 15 minutes. Turn over to crisp up the other side.
Chips
Cut the cooked polenta into far chips. Put them on a baking sheet or paper and brush with olive oil. Bake in a hot oven 180°C for 20 minutes before turning over.
