Apple and Oats Pancakes

2 cup porage oats
2 apples grated
2 eggs
150g yoghurt
1tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt

Mix all the ingredients into a stiff batter. Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan. Take a tablespoon of batter and press it down into a pancake. Fry until golden and then flip it over. Good hot or cold.
