I came across this recipe scrolling through Instagram.
500g Conference Pears
220g Dark Chocolate
)I used Green and Black’s Dark Cooking Chocolate.)
Peel and stew the pears until soft, Melt the chocolate in a bowl suspended over the pears. When the chocolate has completely melted combine it with the pear in a liquidiser or somesuch. Pour the mixture into a mould, allow to cool and refrigerate until set. Serve as it is or with cream.
