125g desiccated coconut
125g condensed milk
1 bar Green and Blacks Cooking Chocolate
A few drops of vanilla essence
Mix together the coconut, milk and vanilla essence until combined. Form the mixture into 4 bars and place in the fridge to set.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of boiling water, until it’s completely smooth. Place the bars on a wire rack set over a baking tray and pour the chocolate to coat.
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to set, but keep the chocolate warm.
Turn the bars over and repeat the process so that every side of the bar is coated.
Using a skewer, create 3 parallel lines on each bar, Put back in the fridge to set and then serve.
