Gluten free scones

1 cup chestnut flour
1/2 buckwheat flour
1/2 chick pea flour
4 oz butter
grated cheese and herbs
milk (cow, soya) about 1/2 to 1 cup
1 tsp baking powder (gluten free)
salt
Mix the flours and baking powder with the butter until it forms crumbs. Add the milk to make a wet dough. Spoon the dough onto a baking tray or mould with your hands. It’s wetter than normal scones. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden and crisp on top. Serve hot with soup.
