Celeriac Mashed Potatoes

Peel and chop into chunks, about 2½ lbs of potatoes and 1½lbs celeriac. (The exact proportions are not important). Put a pan of salted water on to boil and add the potatoes. After 5 minutes or so add the celeriac. When both are tender, drain and mash together.  Add salt and pepper and butter and/or cream to serve.
