Apple and Pea Chutney

100g frozen peas
1 apple (a cooking apple would be best) cored and chopped
1 – 2 handfuls of fresh coriander
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
2½ teaspoons sugar
1 fresh green chilli
2 cloves garlic
30g sesame stick or Bombay mix, crushed in a mortar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Thaw the peas in some warm water. Blitz the apple, peas and coriander in a food processor to a medium coarse texture. Add the remaining ingredients and blitz to a coarse, runny texture. Scoop into a sterilised glass jar and store in the fridge until needed.
