Quick flatbreads

200g white flour plus extra for dusting
1tsp baking powder
200g Greek yoghurt
Put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse to a ball. Knead on a floured surface, cover and set aside for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into four and roll each piece into an eight inch circle. Cook on a hot frying pan or griddle (or barbecue) for 1-2 minutes each side.
