Queen scallops with linguini

about a handful of queenies (10 or 12) per person
linguini (or other pasta)butter
1 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
small tub of cream
1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
salt and pepper
Put a pan of salted water on to boil for the pasta and put some plates to warm in the oven. When the water boils, start cooking the pasta. Heat some butter in a small saucepan and gently fry the scallops on each side for two minutes. Add the chilli, parsley and cream and season with salt and pepper. You may also add a splash of white wine. Serve hot immediately with a little more chopped parsley, if you like.
