Groundnut (peanut) Sauce

3 cup of groundnuts
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
2 tomatoes
cooking oil
Roast the groundnuts in a medium oven until they are golden brown, and then grind them to a fine powder. Chop the onions and garlic and sauté in a little oil until tender. Add the tomatoes and the groundnut powder. Add a little water to make a thick sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
