Cauliflower Curry

1 cauliflower cut into big sprigs
2 large cloves of garlic
1 inch piece of ginger
1 tsp salt
½ teaspoon chilli powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric
Juice of ½ lemon
2 tbsps cooking oil
1 tsp garam masala
Make a paste by blending together the garlic, ginger, salt, chilli, turmeric and lemon juice. Heat the cooking oil in a large pan with a lid and fry the paste for 2 minutes. Add the cauliflower, mix well and cook over a very low light. When nearly done, sprinkle over the garam masala and serve.
