Tomato Chutney

Fry a pinch each of black mustard seed and cumin seeds in oil till they pop. Add ½ a small onion finely chopped and a little chopped fresh ginger, fry until soft. Add 1/8 tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder ¼ tsp salt and then 2 tomatoes chopped into small dice. Cook for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander.
