Tasty Greens

100g asparagus
2 heads of calabrese
(or broccoli or cauliflower)
1 red chilli
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoon soy sauce
4 tablespoons olive oil        
1 lime
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, gently toasted

Crush the unpeeled clove of garlic into a serving bowl. Add a  deseeded and finely chopped chilli. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Add the juice and zest of 1 lime and 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame oil. Mix this dressing well, taste and adjust. Trim the asparagus stalks and cut up the other vegetables. Steam until tender but do not overcook. Add the vegetables to the dressing and toss. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve
