Tuna Balls

1 tin of tuna
¼ cup of mayonnaise
1 stick of celery, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 pepper (not green), finely chopped
porage oats
fresh herbs such as parsley or others
1 egg
Grated zest of one lemon
Mash together the tin of tuna (drained) and all the other ingredients except the oats. Add enough oats to the mixture to make a firm dough. Brush with oil and grill under a hot grill or fry in hot oil. Serve hot as a finger food with this dipping sauce:
100g crème fraiche
100g mayonnaise
Chopped fresh herbs
