1lb rhubarb
2 oranges
3tbs runny honey
4 passion fruit
Chop the rhubarb into inch long pieces and put it in a pan with the honey and the juice of the oranges. Cover and simmer until just tender. (Or you can bake it in the oven). Leave to cool. Halve the passion fruits and scrape the seeds and juice over the rhubarb.
