Large pot of plain whole milk yoghurt
½ teaspoon salt
few drops vinegar
few drops olive oil
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1 clove garlic

Crush the garlic into a medium sized bowl and rub it round the bowl, then discard it. Add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill and serve
